Tuning Appointment Checklist
What to bring and how to prep so your dyno time goes to making power — not chasing problems.
Fuel In The Tank
Flex fuel dyno tunes need at least a quarter tank of 91 octane. For regular tunes, please arrive with at least half a tank of fuel. Bring exactly what you'll run — 91, E85 at your target blend, or race gas — so we're calibrating to the right target.
Healthy Engine First
No misfires, leaks, or stored codes. Dyno time tunes — it doesn't diagnose worn parts. If you're running boost, have the plugs gapped for it before you arrive.
Tires & Lugs
Real tread, no plugs in the drive tires, lugs torqued to spec. We strap it down and load it hard on the rollers — excessively worn (bald) or patched tires won't survive the pulls.
Know Your Combo
Cam card, injector size, PCM/ECU type (E38, E92, Terminator X), and any tune history. The booking form's Vehicle & PCM field covers all of it — please fill it out ahead of time.
Arrive On Time
Please try to arrive at your scheduled time — it keeps the dyno schedule running on track for you and everyone booked that day. If your plans change, just give us a heads-up by text and we'll happily find a new slot that works.
