Need a Harness Adapter?
FIC injectors use an EV6 / USCAR connector body (EV14 on the 2150cc set). If your factory engine harness uses a different connector, pick it below to find the matching plug-'n-play adapter — most LS2 / LS3 / Gen IV setups are a direct fit and need nothing.

Frequently Asked Questions
FIC injector installation and sizing help
What injector size do I need for my power goal?
A conservative rule of thumb: injector cc/min ÷ 10.5 ≈ max HP on gasoline at 80% duty cycle. For E85, multiply by roughly 1.3× (E85 requires ~30% more fuel by volume). Always size slightly larger than your peak goal to keep duty cycle below 80% and leave headroom for tuning. Contact us and we'll help you select the right size for your specific build.
Do I need adapter harnesses?
FIC injectors use an EV6 (USCAR) body on all sizes except the 2150cc which uses EV14. If your factory harness uses EV1 connectors (LS1/LS6, Gen III trucks) or Multec 2 connectors (Gen III trucks), you will need a pigtail adapter set. LS2, LS3, LS7, LSA, and Gen IV trucks have factory EV6 connectors and are direct-fit for all sizes except 2150cc. The configurator above auto-detects this for you.
Are FIC injectors compatible with E85?
Yes. All FIC injectors are fully compatible with gasoline, E85, and flex-fuel applications. The internal components are stainless and the seals are ethanol-resistant. Note that E85 requires approximately 30% more fuel volume than gasoline, so you may need a larger injector size when running E85 full-time. Use the E85 sizing rule when calculating: (target HP × BSFC_E85) ÷ (8 injectors × 0.80 duty cycle).
What data is included with each set?
Every FIC set includes individual flow-match data sheets for each injector, ECU calibration data (dead times, flow rates at multiple pressure points), and replacement O-rings. The FIC ECU Data Library on their website also has pre-built calibration tables for the most common tuning platforms including HP Tuners and Holley EFI — just select your part number.
Do you offer tuning service with injector purchases?
Yes — Hi-Rev Dyno & Engine operates a full dynomometer facility in Rialto, CA. We can install, tune, and dyno-certify your injector swap on-site. Contact us to schedule a dyno session alongside your parts order. Bundling installation and tune with a dyno pull is the most efficient way to verify proper fueling and maximize your results.
