These Terms of Service govern your use of hirevdyno.com and the products and services offered by Hi-Rev Dyno & Engine. By using our store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them.

Using our store

You agree to use this site for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when you place an order or book a service. You must be able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. Don't misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it in ways we haven't authorized.

Products, listings, and pricing

We work hard to describe parts and services accurately, but we don't warrant that every listing, photo, specification, or price is complete or error-free. Prices and availability can change at any time without notice. If we discover an error in a price or description on an item you ordered, we'll contact you before charging or shipping and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel.

Order acceptance and cancellation

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order — including after it is placed — for reasons such as stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund it in full.

Fitment is your responsibility

Auto performance parts vary by year, make, model, engine, and prior modifications. It is your responsibility to confirm that a part fits and is appropriate for your vehicle and intended use before you order. If you're unsure, contact us first — fitment questions are free. Some parts we sell are intended for off-road, racing, or competition use only and may not be legal for use on public streets or highways; where that applies, it is your responsibility to comply with the laws that apply to your vehicle and location.

Services and appointments

Dyno, street, remote tuning, injector cleaning, and engine-building services are scheduled through our booking system. Scheduling deposits hold your slot and are handled as described in our Refund Policy — deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule with enough notice. Results of tuning and service work depend on the condition and configuration of your vehicle, which we don't control.

Warranties

Products may carry a warranty from their manufacturer. Where a manufacturer warranty applies, it passes through to you, and warranty claims are handled under that manufacturer's process — we'll help you file and follow up. Except for any manufacturer warranty and any rights you have under California law that cannot be waived, products and services are provided "as is," and we make no other warranties, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Hi-Rev Dyno & Engine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including installation, tuning results, or vehicle damage. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service at issue. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Returns and shipping

Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to these terms or your purchase will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the store after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
