Mopar Tuning
HEMI & Gen III performance, dialed in on the dyno. From bolt-on 5.7L builds to 6.4L 392s, Hi-Rev tunes naturally aspirated HEMI cars and trucks in-house on our dyno using HP Tuners — so your combination runs the way it was built to.
Mopar, On The Dyno
Mild bolt-ons to serious naturally aspirated builds — every Mopar tune is developed under load on our in-house dyno and calibrated on the HP Tuners platform.
Bolt-On & Cam Tunes
Intakes, headers, throttle bodies, and cam swaps only make power once the calibration catches up. We dial in fuel, spark, and drivability so your bolt-ons and cam actually deliver — smooth idle, crisp throttle, clean pulls top to bottom.
- Fuel & spark tuned under load
- Cam-swap idle & drivability
- Part-throttle & wide-open dialed in
Unlocks & Licensing
2006–2014 HEMIs tune directly — no unlock needed. 2015-and-newer Dodge / Ram / Jeep require a one-time factory PCM unlock before any tuning is possible. The unlock is permanent and can be detected by dealers; any factory warranty implications are the vehicle owner’s responsibility. We walk you through the process and cost before anything is scheduled.
- 2006–2014: no unlock required
- 2015+: one-time PCM unlock, permanent
- HP Tuners license passed through at our cost
Gen III HEMI Cars & Trucks
We cover the modern Gen III HEMI family across cars and trucks. Not sure where your combination lands? Send us the details and we'll confirm what we can do for it.
5.7L Cars & Trucks
The workhorse Gen III HEMI in Ram trucks, Chargers, Challengers, 300s, and Grand Cherokees. A great candidate for bolt-on and cam tuning to wake up throttle response and mid-range.
6.4L / 392 HEMI
The big-inch naturally aspirated HEMI found in Scat Pack, SRT, and heavy-duty applications. Strong from the factory and even stronger with a proper dyno tune behind your mods.
Hellcat Platforms
We’re not tuning supercharged or power-adder Mopar vehicles at this time — Hellcat platforms included. Text us if you’d like a heads-up when that changes.
In-House Or Remote
Bring the vehicle to our Rialto dyno, or handle it remotely — data-log your car and send the files, and we'll revise the tune and send it back. Either way, the path is simple.
Tell Us Your Build
Send your year/make/model, engine, transmission, mods, and fuel. We'll confirm it's a platform we tune and go over dyno versus remote for your combination.
Dyno Or Data-Log
Book a dyno appointment and bring it in, or — for a remote tune — record data-logs on your car and send them over. We'll tell you exactly what to pull.
We Tune It
On the dyno we make pulls and dial in fuel, spark, and drivability under load. Remotely, we revise the calibration from your logs and send an updated file to flash.
Dialed & Done
You leave with a finished tune, or flash the updated file yourself. If we're still fine-tuning a remote job, send another log and we'll keep refining until it's right.
Tell Us About Your Build
Every Mopar combination is a little different, and platform-specific questions are welcome. Tell us what you're running — engine, mods, fuel, and your goals — and we'll let you know exactly how we'd approach the tune. No combo too mild, no build too far gone to talk through.
Book A Tune
Send us your Mopar combo and what you're after. We'll confirm the platform, walk you through dyno versus remote, and get your build tuned the way it should be.
